Please send an email requesting a refund to the Congress Technical Secretariat at  info@cicat2024.es, indicating the name of the registered delegate and the payment. The refunded amount will be as per the following terms and conditions:

- Up until 1 August 2024 (23:59 CET):  registered delegates will be entitled to a refund less €100 for administrative costs.

- From 2 August 2024 to 31 August 2024 (23:59 CET): registered delegates will be entitled to a refund less €150 for administrative costs.

- From 1 September 2024: no refunds will be given
