1- If the Event is cancelled by the organisers, including in cases of Force Majeure, a full refund will be provided to Delegates who have already paid their balance.

2- Delegates can cancel their registration and ask for their refund by July 30, 2023. Before this date, the total amount of the registration fee will be refunded.

3- Hotels have their own Cancellation Policy, and Delegates must verify with them what are the cancellation rules.
